Pathways Within – Wisdom & Wellness Collaborative is expanding its clinician network through an MSO–MSA (Management Services Organization/Management Services Agreement) structure designed for long-term, compliant partnership. This engagement enables licensed Psychiatric NPs and Psychiatrists to retain full ownership of their professional entity while leveraging our infrastructure, systems, and referral pipeline.

Partnership Structure

• Engagement operates under an MSO–MSA to maintain a clear separation between clinical and administrative functions.
• Each clinician practices through their own Professional Corporation (PC).
• The MSO provides services under the d/b/a “Pathways Within – Wisdom & Wellness Collaborative”.
• Rachel Lessard, LCSW P.C., participates as a member within the MSO to streamline shared benefits, infrastructure, and continuity of care.

Malpractice & Liability

• Each clinician maintains individual professional liability (malpractice) coverage under their PC.
• The MSO does not provide group malpractice coverage and does not deliver clinical care.

This is not an offer of employment; it is a contract for management services with an independently owned professional entity.

$75 - $150 hourly

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals seeking mental health support.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and integrative care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages client growth and healing.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client care and share insights with colleagues
• Engage in marketing practices to advertise services across social media and community resources.

• Experience in providing compassionate, patient-centered care in mental health settings in a psychiatric capacity.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong skills in maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices.
• Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for client growth and healing.
• Experience in participating in team meetings and sharing insights with colleagues effectively.

Pathways Within is a large collaborative environment with locations in 5 areas of Nassau and Suffolk County. We service clients of all ages and in various states.
