Prepare and review property tax returns and other non‑income tax filings. Collaborate with tax team members to deliver accurate, timely, and high‑quality work. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients. Participate in training and development to deepen understanding of tax law and its practical application. Qualifications 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience. Active CPA license or meaningful progress toward licensure. Foundational knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations. Prior tax research experience. Comfort with multiple software platforms; experience with CCH Axcess Tax, CaseWare Engagement, GoFileRoom, BNA Income Tax Planner, and Microsoft Office is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Positive, professional communication style. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team‑based environment. Strong organizational, analytical, time management, and client service skills. Ability to perform well under deadlines and during peak workload periods.
