What We Offer Competitive Compensation $30–$42 per hour based on experience Overtime opportunities Company vehicle (depending on position) Safety, referral, performance, and company bonus programs Outstanding Benefits 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid holidays and paid time off 100% company-paid continuing education Professional development opportunities Employee Assistance Program Employee appreciation events Strong commitment to work-life balance Schedule Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts Overtime opportunities available What You'll Be Doing Install, wire, and maintain electrical systems on commercial construction projects Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics Perform layout, installation, and troubleshooting with a focus on quality and efficiency Collaborate with project managers, foremen, general contractors, and fellow trades Maintain high safety standards and represent Teague professionally on every jobsite What We're Looking For 3+ years of commercial electrical experience Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and installation practices Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Valid driver's license Positive attitude and desire to contribute to a winning team Build More Than Projects.
