About the Role
The Company is in need of a Head of M&A to spearhead its inorganic growth strategy and play a pivotal role in expanding the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire corporate development process, from identifying potential acquisitions to their successful integration. This is a key leadership position that demands a professional with a proven track record in industrial manufacturing or distribution environments, ideally with 8 to 12 years of experience. The Head of M&A will work closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders, making strong relationship-building skills essential. Applicants for the Head of M&A role at the company should possess a strong strategic, analytical, and execution skill set. The role is highly demanding and requires a candidate who can demonstrate the ability to drive the company's growth through well-planned and executed acquisition strategies. The Head of M&A will be at the forefront of the company's expansion, and as such, the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is crucial. A background in industrial manufacturing or distribution is a must, and experience in a similar leadership position is highly valued.
