The Housekeeping Supervisor at Grand Hyatt DFW plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel. This position supports the daily operations of the housekeeping team, supervising room attendants, public area attendants, and housepersons to ensure Hyatt’s brand standards are consistently achieved and exceeded.

·A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
·Must have refined verbal and written communication skills
·Must have at least 1- 2 years of Hospitality Housekeeping experience
·Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
·Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
·Must be able to lift up to moderate weight
·Bilingual English and Spanish is a required
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (such as Opera, hotSOS, or similar)
