Owning the enterprise go-to-market strategy for Base financial markets, the full-time Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager will manage positioning, messaging, and launch strategies while driving adoption of Base as the default chain for enterprises in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute the enterprise GTM roadmap, including positioning and launch strategies for institutional use cases Create a repeatable proof engine with case studies and sales-enablement materials tailored to priority customer profiles Lead cross-functional launches and translate complex product capabilities into clear narratives for business buyers Required qualifications: 6+ years of experience in product marketing or GTM roles with proven B2B/enterprise outcomes, preferably in crypto or financial markets Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end GTM and launches for technical financial products Strong understanding of onchain trading, lending, and tokenization, with experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams Proven cross-functional leadership skills in dynamic environments, from strategy to execution Experience marketing to financial institutions in regulated settings, with a focus on building sales-enablement strategies
