Starting Salary
Starting hourly rate is $28.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, subject to culinary cooking test.

Qualifications
Our Full-Time Cook 1 will work as a Lead Cook demonstrating thorough technical skills of all station areas.This is a fast-paced position requiring the ability to multi-task while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and also take direction in a high-performance environment.
·At least 3 years of experience in 4 diamond hotel or fine dining restaurant required, Michelin experience preferred
·Culinary degree or related hotel experience
·Ability to perform all basic cooking skills, including presentation techniques
·Refined verbal communication skills
·Ability to work any station in the kitchen
·Strong customer service and teamwork skills
·A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
·Ability to stand for long periods of time
·Must have full time availability, including weekdays, weekends, holidays
