Technical IT Project Manager

Delivering IT projects end-to-end, the full-time remote Technical IT Project Manager will manage project execution, serve as a Scrum Master, and conduct business and technical analysis for enterprise-level technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver IT projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement Partner with business owners to document and validate requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and technical specifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience managing technology projects or performing business/technical analysis in an enterprise environment 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead Experience with Salesforce, Workday, MDM, or data integration platforms is highly preferred Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) or PMP preferred
