A company is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Telehealth.
Key Responsibilities
Complete intake assessments for new clients referred
Monitor psychiatric stability and document progress in EHR
Collaborate with therapists and communicate with the administrative team to ensure smooth client care
Required Qualifications
Current Virginia Board of Nursing license to practice independently as a PMHNP with prescriptive authority
Current DEA registration
Experience in diagnosing and treating psychiatric and mental illnesses
Proficient in using technology and software for medical responsibilities
Experience in documenting in medical records and interacting with patients regarding clinical concerns
