Stream And Wetland Mitigation Project Manager
Aid in the development and oversight of stream and wetland mitigation projects in South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Work with project managers, design team, and land team to help develop and implement projects on schedule and within budget. Design constructability and easement boundary reviews, initial site evaluations and preparation of construction and maintenance budgets, conduct pre-bid meetings with subcontractors, work with landowners to implement projects without interfering with their operations, construction oversight and coordination, field changes, landowner and client meetings, oversee maintenance and management of mitigation sites in your region throughout the monitoring period until closeout, invasive species and endangered species work, SWPP monitoring.
Experienced and holds a network within the local construction and environmental market. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related fields. A minimum of 2 years' experience implementing stream and wetland restoration projects is a must. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Excellent written, computer, and verbal communication skills, ability to facilitate meetings. Ability to work independently and to travel regionally. Obtain SWPP certifications in applicable states.
