To support a California-based health system, the full-time California Licensed Epic Analyst will build, configure, and maintain Epic Grand Central and Prelude systems, focusing on Charge RTE workflows, while working remotely for a one-year engagement. Key Responsibilities Build, configure, and maintain Epic Grand Central and Prelude, emphasizing Charge RTE workflows Analyze and implement new build requests from business owners and operational stakeholders Troubleshoot and resolve incident and service request tickets within agreed service levels Required Qualifications Current Epic Grand Central certification Current Epic Prelude certification At least 4 years of experience as an Epic Grand Central/Prelude analyst Hands-on build experience across tickets, projects, upgrades, and go-lives
