Job description
Supporting the day-to-day operations of a provider network, the full-time Medical Operations Specialist will monitor provider schedules, ensure operational consistency, and serve as a key point of contact for providers in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Monitor provider adherence to schedules and workflows, providing operational coverage during assigned evening and weekend hours Address provider inquiries and concerns promptly while tracking key operational and performance indicators (KPIs) Collaborate with various teams to resolve operational issues and support continuous improvements in provider operations Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider support, or administrative operations Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace and workflow management systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume operational workflows Familiarity with identity and access management tools and basic technical troubleshooting is a plus
