Working remotely, the Florida Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will manage complex workers' compensation claims, applying decision-making skills to analyze claims exposure and ensure effective communication with all parties involved. Key responsibilities Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims Interact with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner Required qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 3 years related claims experience Active Adjusters' license in Florida or reciprocal Knowledge of industry standards and practices Computer experience with claims and business software
