Chief Estimator

Our client, a well-established, design-build contractor with deep roots in the Southeast, is seeking a Chief Estimator to join the leadership team. This is a rare chance to step into an executive-level role that will shape the company’s future growth and success.

As Chief Estimator, you will :

• Lead and unify estimating strategy across multiple offices
• Oversee and approve major concrete-heavy project bids
• Mentor and develop a team of estimators, standardizing tools and systems
• Strengthen relationships with trade partners and drive proposal strategy on large pursuits
