YOUR DAY AS A PLUMBER MANAGER
As the Plumber Manager, you'll guide and mentor service technicians, helpers, and customer service reps. You'll address technical questions and assist in resolving on-the-job challenges to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. You'll demonstrate your commitment to team development by dedicating one day each month to field-based training and leading weekly technical and sales training. Your role will also involve overseeing performance by providing constructive feedback, setting performance standards, and monitoring team metrics to support coaching and growth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential as you foster a positive and collaborative work environment. You'll work closely with the business manager to identify equipment needs, manage procurement processes, and help develop and implement company policies and procedures. On the administrative side, you'll review ServiceTitan data and invoices to ensure pricing accuracy, identify discrepancies, and look for opportunities to expand services.
