Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities & Duties :1.Technical Support & MaintenanceProvide remote service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware and softwarePerform server setup, software configuration, and support for new system installationsDeliver support for multiple proprietary and third-party product linesTroubleshoot and resolve issues using knowledge of electronics, firmware, relay logic, and I / O systems2.Customer Service & CommunicationWork directly with clients and field technicians via phone, email, and video callsMaintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactionsProvide light user training and support as needed3.Software & Network OperationsSupport and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databasesWork with Microsoft operating systems, IIS web-based applications, networking, and active directoryTroubleshoot software and hardware communications issues across systemsManage multiple client issues and product lines simultaneously4.On-Call & Rotational ResponsibilitiesParticipate in 24 / 7 on-call coverage for after-hours, weekends, and holidays as scheduledRespond quickly to emergency support calls with effective troubleshooting and resolutionQualifications and Skills :Excellent verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding customer service and client-facing abilitiesProficiency with proprietary software and web-based (IIS) applicationsStrong background in computer technology, networks, and electronicsKnowledge of :Microsoft SQL Server and database maintenanceMicrosoft operating systemsMicrosoft networking and active directoryMechanical hardware (a plus)Relay logic, firmware, inputs / outputsAbility to multitask across clients, tickets, and systemsLight training skills for end usersMust have a valid driver's license and be open to occasional local travelElectronics or mechanical experience is a plusPreferred Certifications :MS ACertificationMSDE Certification.
