Job description
Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are seeking a talented and experienced MuleSoft Integration Developer to join our Information Technology team.In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain integration solutions that connect Salesforce and other enterprise systems across the agency.You will play a key role in advancing project's modernization initiatives, leveraging the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to streamline business processes and ensure scalable, reliable data integration.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement MuleSoft best practices and solutions , ensuring all integrations meet acceptance criteria and performance standards.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to technical standards.Support the integration development team through all phases of the software lifecycle.Develop and deploy Mule projects on CloudHub , including implementing robust exception handling, logging, and auditing.Participate in development phases, contributing to business logic implementation, validations, and process flows.Manage end-to-end project development , from design and build through testing and deployment.Collaborate with Architects and Business Analysts to develop service-related strategies, including versioning, upgrades, and production monitoring.Set up and manage Mule ESB environments for development and testing.Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and productivity.Take ownership of project deliverables, managing timelines, progress, and reporting.Perform data analysis and profiling against source systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.Provide technical leadership and guidance in solution design and troubleshooting.Execute unit testing , covering both positive and negative scenarios.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.MuleSoft Developer and / or Architect Certification (required).7years of hands-on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.Proven expertise in Application Integration Architecture , solution design, and development using SOAP and REST APIs.Strong programming experience with J2EE, Design Patterns, JMS, Spring Framework , and working with XML and JSON.Demonstrated experience building and deploying APIs and integrating with third-party systems.Proven experience integrating Salesforce and MuleSoft.Strong understanding of ESB concepts , Mule Connectors, and RAML design.Familiarity with IT standards such as ITIL.Experience working in Agile environments.Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.Preferred QualificationsMuleSoft Architect-level certification.Intermediate development experience in Java, Python , or another modern language.Experience migrating legacy integrations to MuleSoft.Salesforce certifications or relevant Salesforce integration experience..
