Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all plant equipment, machinery, and facilities. This role requires hands-on experience across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems, ensuring smooth and safe plant operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.

Identify and resolve quality or efficiency issues in a timely manner.

Use and maintain the CMMS system to track maintenance activities.

Modify, install, or upgrade equipment as needed.

Follow preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and complete assigned tasks accurately.

Diagnose and repair issues related to process equipment and ensure minimal downtime.

Understand normal production operations to effectively identify and resolve abnormalities.

Work safely and comply with all company safety policies and maintenance procedures.

Support additional plant duties or special projects as assigned by management.

Must-Have Skills and Experience :

Strong Electrical background, including troubleshooting and repair.

Knowledge of PLC hardware, I / O addressing, and system functionality.

Hands-on experience with drive motors (up to 250 HP AC).

Solid understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Proven ability to maintain, install, and repair industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Experience :

Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance programs.

Familiarity with servo systems and electronic controls.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
