Full-Time Lead Maintenance Technician needed for Augusta Place (210 units) in North LIttle Rock, AR to start immedia tely with at least 2 years of experience! Maintenance Technicians are responsible for general maintenance at the apartment community. They are responsible for make readies, turns and work orders. Excellent customer service experience required with good communication skills and must have at least 1 year apartment maintenance experience. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times. We encourage employee growth opportunities.

Responsibilities / Requirements include :

• HVAC certification for repairs and preventative maintenance - At least 1-2 year experience
• Electrical - Seeking at least 1 year experience
• Plumbing - Seeking at least 1 year experience
• Appliance Repair
• Carpentry, Painting and Dry Wall Repair
• Variety of other maintenance tasks, including grounds
• Tools and transportation required
• Authorized to work in the US

The maintenance technician is responsible for improving customer service through the timely completion of service requests, ongoing preventative maintenance, make ready, and projects. Maintenance Technician must have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and can work well with both co-workers and residents in a fast paced environment.
