The Role

The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for optimizing our marketing efforts by analyzing data and extracting actionable insights. The Digital Marketing Analyst will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Analyst and be an integral part of the paid advertising team to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and help optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience with data analysis, and is highly proficient in tools such as Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze advertising data to extract insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
• Conduct A / B testing and other experiments to optimize advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create dashboards and reports that track key metrics.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of our advertising performance across multiple channels and platforms and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct analyses and prepare reports that communicate insights, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders across the organization.
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in our advertising data sources, including data from our advertising platforms and other sources, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our data quality and completeness.
• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across platforms including TikTok, Amazon, and Meta.
• Develop deep category expertise to inform cross-functional decision-making with data-driven insights and market trends.
• Continuously monitor advertising performance, proactively identify emerging trends and issues, and develop strategies to address them.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and advertising.
