OverviewThis person will be responsible for providing educational leadership, student instruction and advisement in Construction Management.Qualifications EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related discipline and 10 years of professional experience in the management of construction projects with a minimum of 7 years in commercial, heavy / civil and / or individual sectors. Preferred
• Master's Degree in Construction Management or a related discipline and 8 years of professional experience with a minimum of 7 years in commercial, heavy / civil and / or individual sectors. Preferred
• Active membership in construction associations or organizations. Required
• Formal coursework in education. Preferred
• Doctorate Earned Doctorate in a related discipline. Preferred

As a point of reference, the salary range for new full-time faculty hired in various disciplines throughout the College for the 2025 / 26 academic year is $61,969 – $79,813. The wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment for full-time teaching faculty, counselors and librarians (all regular College funded positions and certain grant / contract funded positions) are determined by the negotiated Agreement between Pennsylvania College of Technology and the Penn College Education Association. If you are currently receiving an annuity from the State or Public School Employees’ Retirement System, employment at Pennsylvania College of Technology may affect your annuity status.
