Principal Purpose of Position :

Take incoming calls from New and Used car managers who wish to organize service, maintenance and repairs to their inventory vehicles

Organize and book service, maintenance and repairs with the appropriate suppliers and vendors

Ensure that recovery vehicles are organized promptly

Schedule other ancillary services as required

Keep New and Used Managers and other interested parties informed of progress

Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and / or Training :

Highschool GED or equivalent necessary

Basic knowledge of an automobile, can identify most features and parts of the body and engine

Relevant Work Experience :

Experience in a customer service related role is essential

Must be adept in the use of a PC, internet and email and able to grasp new software applications easily and quickly. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, CDK and Outlook to an intermediate level

This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average monthly pay of $3,000-$10,000 with earning potential based on your personal performance.
