Job Summary

We’re currently seeking a  Senior Director of Food and Nutrition Services  for an 800+ bed acute care hospital. This high-impact role oversees daily foodservice operations and leads a team of 200+ associates and managers. Success in this role hinges on strong client relationship management, operational excellence, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage department operations within budget while maximizing client value
• Ensure superior food quality for patients, visitors, and staff
• Lead safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal departments
• Foster professional growth across the team
• Integrate dining services with the hospital’s broader operational goals
