CACI is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager who will ensure compliance with established processes and controls for both technical and administrative tasks associated with AMP program software development.

As the QA Manager, you will review work products for correctness, adherence to design concept and user standards, and achieving progress associated with schedules.

In addition, you will prepare milestone status reports and deliveries / presentations to colleagues, subordinates, and end users, when applicable.

More About the Role :

Develop a Quality Assurance (QA) and Metrics Plan that supports the IPPS-A PMO Quality Assurance and Metrics Plan, to include :

  • The approach for conducting QA within the IPPS-A AMP program
  • Identification of institutionalized QA processes and procedures that ensure product quality and maturity throughout the system life-cycle in accordance with CMMI Level 3
  • Processes and step-by-step procedures for QA, to include how the use of metrics will influence continuous process improvement and identification of lessons learned
  • Processes for validating functions performed in accordance with the approved management plans
  • Templates for QA Review, QA Audits, QA Peer Review, and QA Metrics reports
  • Perform QA in accordance with the approved QA plan and throughout the IPPS-A life-cycle
  • Incorporate continuous process improvement and Lessons Learned in all activities
  • Comply with the Government QASP and surveillance methods to ensure performance standards are achieved
  • Develop new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities
  • Communicate significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides recommended process improvements to management
  • Prepare reports to communicate involvement and results of quality assurance activities
  • Investigate complaints of non-conformance and reports on root cause and a means to prevent future occurrence
  • Provide leadership to lower-level employees and provides team leadership for audits

Youll Bring These Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related technical field and or experience
  • 10 or more years of Quality Management / Assurance experience
  • 2 or more years of experience as a manager overseeing Quality functions
  • Knowledge of a CMMI Level 3 program processes
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Must be able to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
  • Willing and able to obtain SAFe Agilist certification within 90 days of starting

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have :

  • Experience managing a Quality Assurance function for an ERP implementation
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • SAFe Agilist certified
