Responsibilities of the AIA Billing Specialist Role :

Prepare and process accurate progress billings and monthly invoices

Coordinate billing activities with vendors and subcontractors

Compile and distribute final billings to clients

Review cost reports with Project Managers to ensure proper billing

Monitor accounts receivable aging and support collection efforts

Requirements of the AIA Billing Specialist Role :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field

Previous AIA billing or project coordination experience preferred

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
