Your New Role...

The Design Manager will handle medium to high complexity design assignments leading licensees in Product Development for Licensed Trading cards with multiple IP. Product management of categories include, but not limited to : Trading Cards and related toy categories..

Your Role Accountabilities...

Product Management :

• Works closely with WB internal partners to develop compelling and innovative ideas and designs that execute the overall business goals
• Guides multiple licensed partners through approval submissions at all stages through WB approval process in a detailed and organized manner
• Works with various interdepartmental WB brand teams and internal brand assurance team members to ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all products
• Product reviews at all production stages

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and / or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range : $82,670.00 - $153,530.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
