Budget Analyst

Duties :
- Oversee all aspects of financial management from the acceptance of funds (GFEBS, MIPRS, 7600A, AMC 1095s, etc) to the liquidation of contractual obligations.
- Advise management, senior level engineers, and staff in accordance with new and established financial management regulations and guidelines.
- Work closely with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and the customer to ensure funding is processed and tracked.
- Provide input into the use of current and proposed automation systems through which funding documents and actions are executed.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.Technical financial / program control expertise.Budget software proficiency.Soft skills for communication and problem-solving.Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Google Docs, AICIS, GFEBS, LMP, ATAAPS, ACTS, and other Army budget / financial tools.Security Clearance : Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
