Scope / Purpose of the position :

The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking inter-site transfers, container movements, and import processes to ensure efficient and timely logistics operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various carriers, warehouses, and production facilities across different time zones.

Job Responsibilities :

• Inter-site transfers planification based on production plan.
• Daily tracking of inter-site transfers.
• Daily tracking of containers and import processes.
• Daily communication with carriers, NVOs, and production facilities with different time zones.
• Assistance in rate negotiation and carrier / NVO assignment
• Container status update in our internal ERP system.
• Logistics invoices approval.
• Additional tasks necessary to support the Inventory Division.

In addition to the specific duties outlined, you may be required to perform other tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by your manager. These tasks will be relevant to your role and within the scope of your area of expertise.
