As Field Sales Manager you will be responsible for delivering sales & distribution goals for key retailers, OnPrem, UDS & all other channels of business.

This is a heavy field role and ability to influence retailers & DPs is critical in selling the entire Liquid Death portfolio.

Responsibilities :

  • Create, build and maintain strong partnerships with Distributors and Retailers to grow the Liquid Death Portfolio in assigned territory
  • Apply company sales strategies in key markets to dominate the premium water category
  • Communicate to our Distributor Partners to execute in trade execution with upcoming promotional programs and activities
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Manager and Leadership team to ensure streamlined communication is received
  • In Trade with Distributor Partners Sales team three to four days per week to educate teams and execute Liquid Death portfolio
  • Identify in trade opportunities to work with distributor partners to improve retailer support
  • Build strong local level relationships with key decision makers for chain accounts in territory
  • Strong emphasis on continued education with Sales Teams on category management, innovation, market conditions, competitor knowledge and trends in their assigned territory
  • Marketplace execution, maximizing distribution & securing high-value retail space
  • 8-15 calls per day depending on geography & initiatives

Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

  • Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent in Business or Sales Marketing
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience within the Beverage and Distributor Sales Environment
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools.
  • Thrives in make it happen startup environment
  • A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives.
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times challenging environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Collaborative, open, flexible
  • Successful track record of driving sales within a high-growth environment.
  • Experience selling in diverse sales channels / environments (Natural & Specialtychains, Independents, Caf, Transportation)
  • Excellent negotiator & influencer

  • Excellent presentation skills. Both written & verbal
  • Experience with excellent in store selling standards
  • A proven track record of sales experience & achievement
  • Experience working with & influencing DSD and merch teams

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, & PowerPoint), Google Suite (sheets, docs, slides)
