Data Analyst

Here's what you'll do :
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand data needs and business objectives.
- Design and execute data collection strategies, utilizing various data sources and techniques.
- Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
- Develop and present compelling data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Identify trends, patterns, and key metrics to support data-driven decision making.
- Generate reports and recommendations to help clients optimize their programs and achieve their goals.
We're looking for someone who :
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Has experience working with relational databases (SQL) and data manipulation tools (Excel is a plus).
- Is proficient in data visualization techniques and tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Enjoys working collaboratively and communicating complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
