As a Business Analytics Lead within PNC's Marketing and Corporate Communications organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Chicago, IL; Washington DC; Birmingham, AL; Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX or Kalamazoo, MI. Other locations within the Marketing footprint may be available.

This job entails working with Marketing Strategy to design PNC’s one-to-one customer decisioning approach to be built in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). The ideal candidate has experience as a Pega Senior or Lead Decision Architect in Pega CDH 8 or higher. The responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to :

• \tUnderstanding business needs and translate them into designing Actions and Treatments
• \tUnderstanding if strategies are needed to accomplish business needs
• \tDesign and Build strategies, as well as defining how they are incorporated into the Pega Decision Framework via extension points
• \tWorking with Technology partners on projects that intersect with business development in Pega CDH
• \tUnderstand how PNC’s one-to-on customer decisioning is integrated across channels leveraging Pega CDH

Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $37,440.00 – $182,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
