We are seeking an Investment sales Associate to join our growing team!
We will provide you with all the tools, leads and training you need to succeed in this role!
Responsibilities :
- Cultivate relationships with investors & facilitate the purchase of their investment properties
- Show properties and paint the vision for what the property will become after renovations
- Assist clients reach their real estate investing goals
Qualifications :
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Self-motivation
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Time flexibility
