Description of Duties :
Review and process invoices verify all information, check payment status, email invoices, filing of unpaid invoices, collections - calls / emails, post payments in QuickBooks;
provide office support as needed
Requirements : At least 2 years Accounts Receivable experience. Must be good with numbers and have a strong attention to detail.
Proficient skills in Excel, QuickBooks Enterprise, Outlook required. Good tenure on previous jobs is a must.
