Job description

Our client one of the largest commercial healthcare laundry providers in the Western U.S., is seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Technicians to keep their facility running safely and efficiently. You'll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure smooth operations in a high-volume industrial laundry environment.

Visa Sponsorship : Not eligible

Relocation Assistance : Limited support may be available for the right candidates

Work Schedule : Friday-Tuesday, 5 : 00PM-1 : 30AM / Wednesday-Sunday, 10 : 00PM-6 : 30AM

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with welding (approx. 5% of work)
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and safe work practices.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership and team members to improve efficiency.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial laundry equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot jams, mechanical / electrical issues, and PLC systems.

Qualifications :

  • Welding experience.
  • Stable work history in maintenance roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, electronic)
  • Ability to read schematics and perform electronic diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards and CMMS tools (MaintainX, Fiix, etc.)
  • 5+ years of maintenance and electrical experience in industrial machinery (industrial laundry strongly preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, technical training or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
