Accounting Manager
Our company is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our accounting team.
The Accounting Manager will oversee the accumulation and consolidation of financial data to ensure accurate reporting of consolidated business results and the integrity of the general ledger. This role will manage General Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Payroll functions for multiple subsidiaries and legal entities.
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
Key Performance Indicators

- Experience with international consolidation principles and multi-entity financial statements
- Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and perform reconciliation and consolidation for all subsidiaries, legal entities, and currencies to ensure accurate and timely reportingManage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in compliance with U.S. GAAP, including IFRS conversion adjustmentsOversee preparation and review of consolidated and separate company income tax provisions for domestic and foreign entities, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirementsLead preparation of tax-related disclosures under U.S. GAAP and support compilation of tax return filingsSupervise SOX / KSOX compliance activities, including internal controls documentation, testing, segregation of duties, and subsidiary report consolidationPrepare technical accounting memoranda for complex accounting matters and maintain compliance documentationManage all general ledger activities, ensuring proper classification, posting, and reconciliation of transactionsDevelop, implement, and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controlsCollaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audits and compliance with accounting standardsReview and analyze budget variances and provide actionable recommendations to managementMonitor accounts, prepare activity reports, and produce accurate financial forecastsLead or participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assignedEducation :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldExperience :
813 years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting and consolidationMix of public accounting and corporate accounting experience preferredTechnical Skills & Competencies :
Proven experience as an Accounting ManagerStrong knowledge of US GAAP; familiarity with IFRS is a plusExperience preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsProficient in general ledger functions and full month-end / year-end close processesAdvanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Exceptional attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and collaboration skillsAbility to address complex managerial and operational issuesProactive, results-oriented, with critical thinking skills and a "can-do" attitudeCPA or equivalent professional certification highly preferredExperience working with auditors and handling tax complianceWorking Conditions
