We are seeking a driven Technical Service Representative who will be located in the Green Bay WI area for our Packaging and Hygiene Solutions segment . The role will support the customers of Green Bay Packaging and Georgia Pacific.

The responsibilities include :

• Installing servicing and upgrading equipment in accordance with detailed instructions and work orders.
• Performing scheduled maintenance on customer installations to ensure that equipment continues to perform reliably.
• Maintaining accurate service records so that the performance of equipment can be monitored.
• Providing m maintenance of Kemira Product .
• Accepting and assisting in receiving deliveries.
• Processing jar testing at customer site.
• Maintaining the customer relationship.
• Supporting senior sales staff in maintaining customer processes.
