Program Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with 14 to 18 years of experience specializing in Vertex and ideally possessing domain expertise in Product Management. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive program success ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering impactful solutions. The position operates during day shifts with no travel requirements.
In this role, you will :
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs on time and within budget ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of Vertex solutions, optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency across projects.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.
- Monitor project performance utilizing data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to align team efforts and resolve any issues promptly.
- Manage resources effectively balancing workload and priorities to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance program delivery.
- Evaluate program outcomes providing detailed reports and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Collaborate with product management teams to integrate domain expertise into program strategies.
- Support the development of team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $159,500 - $186,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
