Description

Benchmark Human Services has grown to become one of the most respected organizations in the country in the areas of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health. Benchmark is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide healthcare coordination and direct intervention for individuals in our Crisis Support Home program for adolescence with autism. The RN will collaborate with Benchmark's mobile crisis teams. The Nurse will provide training and clinical oversight for unlicensed staff to meet the healthcare needs of individuals served. As well as provide clinical oversight of program LPNs, as applicable.

The focus of this program is to provide time-limited crisis services that support individuals with developmental disabilities in the community. The IDD Crisis Home is used as a measure of last resort for youth who are undergoing an acute crisis that presents a substantial risk of imminent harm to self or others. The goal is to stabilize the individual through nursing and behavioral supports, on a time-limited basis
