What You Will Do
- Provide strategic partnership with the contact center to support overall operational effectiveness and performance.
- Coach and support leaders regarding workforce planning, culture development, organizational policies & procedures, and communication of key initiatives. Execute people programs (recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, talent reviews, performance calibrations, merit and incentive awards, engagement surveys / action plans).
- Respond to and manage conflicts in varying situations such as performance coaching or dissatisfied associates; direct associates to appropriate resources and implement proactive retention strategies.
- Partner with leadership to assess leadership capability and ensure development and succession plans are in place to support current and future business requirements.
- Coach and facilitate leadership development programs to build capability and promote associate engagement; act as a change agent to reinforce key messages.
- Participate in the Company's response to union organizing drives and lead organizational change as needed.
- Identify development opportunities and partner with Centers of Excellence to provide insight and feedback to create and deploy appropriate tools and resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with all applicable Federal / State / Local legislative requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information, insurance and litigation documents, associate information, and other sensitive data.
- Performs other duties as assigned and complies with all policies and standards.
What You Will Need
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred7-9 years relevant human resources (Business Partner) experienceHigh energy, integrity, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate effectively in a team environmentExceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship-building abilities across all levels with a talent for influencing and energizing othersStrong business acumen and analytical / problem-solving skills, including conflict management and knowledge of labor lawsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail with strong planning, prioritization and time management skillsWell-developed written communication and presentation / training facilitation skillsWhat You Will Get
