Job description

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to support partner onboarding to its Banking as a Service platform.

Key Responsibilities

Understand partner business goals and lead technical implementations

Collaborate with internal teams for partner onboarding tasks

Manage multiple engagements, including project quality and timelines

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in solution architecture and partner delivery

Ability to document client product structures and internal data models

Knowledge of SFTP, APIs, and related standards like HTTP and REST

Experience managing projects with diverse requirements

Understanding of financial services and the fintech ecosystem
