A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant 1.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a resource for leaders and caregivers on employee relations matters
Conduct employee and labor relations research to identify trends and critical interventions
Maintain HR metrics and dashboards for reporting to HR professionals
Required Qualifications
2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar role
2 years of demonstrated experience in employee relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
3 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
Preferred : Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Preferred : HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire
