The Opportunity

The Salesforce Administrator II will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform by leading project initiatives, enhancements, and assisting with troubleshooting end-user issues. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our CRM instance is configured, customized, and optimized to meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders, drive operational efficiency, and enhance overall system performance. This role requires a strong understanding of advanced Salesforce functionality, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and various stakeholders.

For Colorado-based candidates, in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $89,000.00 - $119,000.00 + target bonus. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
