Our esteemed organization, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Permanent Senior Accountant. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in our finance department, contributing significantly to our financial operations and strategies. You will be responsible for a diverse range of accounting functions, including financial reporting, general ledger, account reconciliation, budgeting, cost accounting, and the preparation of financial statements. You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment that values innovation and creativity.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all general ledger activity, ensure accuracy and timeliness with account reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain periodic financial reports, ensuring they comply with company policies and accounting principles.
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Coordinate the budgeting process and work closely with various departments to plan, budget, and forecast future financial performance.
• Implement and oversee cost accounting procedures, analyze manufacturing costs, and recommend changes to improve profitability.
• Assist with internal and external audits, ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
• Evaluate and improve systems and procedures for financial record-keeping, aiming to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
