Philanthropy Operations Learning Manager

A company is looking for a Philanthropy Operations Learning Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-quality virtual and in-person learning experiences for fundraising operations

Develop a baseline onboarding process for Development Operations staff to ensure operational excellence

Coordinate and manage employee learning cohorts to support connections across various teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination

Experience managing and implementing multiple projects

Familiarity with current technology in constituent management

Experience working with cross-functional teams

Training in instructional design and / or knowledge management principles
