Job descriptionOversee Instagram creator outreach and placement within the right cohorts (gifting, salon visits, house calls, IRL deliveries, 1 : 1 sessions, DIY education). Coordinate product seeding lists, shipping, and tracking for all influencer and ambassador programs. Maintain updated dashboards on active creators, engagement trends, and EMV contributions. Community Engagement Identify high-performing ambassadors or influencers for potential features, collaborations, or deeper partnerships. Help concept and schedule monthly challenges and activations that encourage content creation and brand love. Campaign Support Manage creative asset distribution (photos, captions, talking points) to ensure consistency across creator posts. Support execution of IRL influencer activations such as salon events, house calls, and local meetups. Performance & Reporting Surface trends in creator content, sentiment, and storytelling to inform future campaigns. Build post-campaign recaps highlighting standout content and community wins. 1–3 years in community, influencer, or social media management roles. Strong understanding of Instagram creator culture, brand alignment, and EMV measurement. Organized, relationship-driven, and passionate about beauty and community storytelling. Comfortable using tracking and reporting tools (Social Ladder, Tribe, CreatorIQ, etc.).

Overview
This role supports Olive & June's growing creator and community ecosystem, focused on Instagram influencer and Brand Ambassador relationships. The coordinator will manage daily operations, nurture authentic creator partnerships, and help drive Instagram EMV growth through creative storytelling, personalized gifting, and IRL moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Support & Operations
Execute day-to-day management of the Brand Ambassador program via Social Ladder : post challenges, approve content, track participation, and pull performance reports.
Foster genuine creator relationships through thoughtful communication, mailers, and ongoing connection points.
Communicate effectively with creators and build momentum to support every launch across Instagram and Ambassador Programs.
Track Instagram-specific metrics including EMV, reach, and engagement; share weekly insights with leadership.
