As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and equipment. Daily Responsibilities : Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues Repair and replace defective parts Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders Assist with the installation of new equipment Utilizes PM software to adhere to and document all scheduled maintenance, installations, repairs, and issues In consultation with manager, contact, schedule, and manage outside maintenance and repair contractors for issues beyond skill and experience level Required Skills : Experience with assembly and order fulfillment processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements Experience with preventive maintenance practices Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform quality control inspections Ability to oversee outside maintenance and repair contractors, ensuring their work is timely, cost effective, and adheres to quality standards Nice to Have Skills : Experience as a forklift operator Knowledge of loading and unloading procedures Experience working with external contractors Knowledge of supply chain processes Electrical installation and repair skills Salary and Benefits : Minimum Salary : $42,000.00 Benefits : Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401(k), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Tuition Reimbursement, Health & Wellness Programs, Vacation Leave, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off, Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability, Gym Membership Company Information : Headquartered in Vienna, Ohio, Kundel Industries makes enclosed track overhead cranes for the building industry.
