Title : Industrial Maintenance Technician

Shift : Second and Third Shifts (Candidate must be open to either shift)

Salary : $23.00 - $30.00 / hour based on experience, plus a $0.25 / hour shift differential for hours worked between 6 PM and 6 AM, and an additional $0.25 / hour for hours worked on Sunday. Salary is dependent on experience and maintenance status.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Role :

Our client is seeking dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technicians to keep their high-volume production machinery running smoothly and safely. This role is essential to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation of the 24 / 7 manufacturing facility through both preventative and reactive maintenance.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities :

• Complete preventive maintenance requirements on motors, conveyor systems, pneumatics, and production equipment
• Troubleshoot and make necessary repairs to mechanical and electrical malfunctions
• Locate sources of equipment problems by observing operation and using precision testing instruments
• Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments using various tools
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment
• Read and troubleshoot using electrical schematics for 110 VAC, 240 / 480 VAC 3 phase systems
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to all procedures, rules, and regulations
• Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to ensure team continuity

Industrial Maintenance Technician Reporting Relationships :

This role reports directly to the Shift Maintenance Supervisor. This position has no direct reports.
