We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator in San Jose, CA to oversee afternoon and evening operations for our storage facility and vans. This role blends inventory management, van organization, and after-hours support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for keeping our vans, keys, storage, and local inventory in top condition while being available to respond to urgent needs.

What you will focus on :

• Inventory & Storage Operations
• Pick daily orders
• Stock, unbox, and restock supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and support Kanban system updates.
• Organize and optimize storage layout for efficiency.
• Manage inbound and outbound inventory flow.
• Assemble kits for operational needs.
