Our restaurant in Bloomfield Township , MI is seeking an empowering and personable leader to be our Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us continue to exceed our guests' expectations.

As a Restaurant Manager at our Bloomfield Township location, you will play an integral role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and enjoy delicious food every time they visit. You will lead by example by actively participating in service during all operating hours and upholding high standards of quality. Additionally, you will coordinate pre-shift meetings with staff members, develop product knowledge through ongoing training seminars, manage HR duties such as hiring and training team members, and foster relationships with regular clientele.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee day to day operations of restaurant
• Determine hiring needs, recruit, interview and hire best candidates for the position
• Complete new hire paperwork
• Objectively evaluate staff to determine coaching needs
• Assign measurable, attainable goals for Assistant Manager and Supervisor
• Lead entire team enthusiastically
• Maintain safe, secure employee files while maintaining confidentiality
• Promote open door policy
• Conduct weekly management meetings
• Track and report on restaurant financial status
