Full Stack Technical Lead Manager

A company is looking for a Full-Stack Technical Lead Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of engineers, ensuring quality and timeliness of software through planning meetings, code reviews, and pair programming

Support the career growth of team members by conducting one-on-ones, quarterly reviews, and mentorship

Engage in hands-on coding, technical leadership, and managerial duties, including architecture planning and design document writing

Required Qualifications

1-2+ years of management experience leading a small team of engineers

Familiarity with technologies such as Typescript, React.js, Node.js, and Postgres

Experience in software development and deployment processes

Ability to communicate effectively in a remote work environment

Permanent residency or citizenship in the United States is required
